We are Ariane and Ophélie, in charge of the cultural activities department of ILCF.
To learn a foreign language also means to meet a new culture. Our task is to welcome international students who decided to come and study with us at UCLy and to offer a wide cultural program. Through guided visits of the city and its surroundings (Pérouges, Annecy…) or cultural events such as the visit of Musée des Confluences, we explore both Lyon and French culture.
Ariane COUSSEDIERE, in charge of cultural activities
I was a former student at UCLy and was lucky to be able to return in July 2023 as the cultural coordinator at the ILCF. Initially formed in the management of projects and establishments, particularly in the field of performing arts, I now create programmes throughout the year to enable foreign students to discover French art and culture.
Ophélie LOUVET, in charge of cultural activities
With a master's degree in international project negotiation, I joined the ILCF in September for 8 months, and I am working with Ariane in the activities department. I really enjoyed my courses in international relations and interculturality during my Master's degree, so I decided to join the ILCF to put my knowledge into practice and meet students from all over the world.
