ILCF and UCLy take part in a trade show
After a 3-year hiatus due to the health crisis, the Taiwan European Education Fair was held on the weekend of November 4 and 5, 2023 in Taipei. Stéphanie RABIN, Deputy Director of the ILCF, represented her institute and UCLy.
Organized every autumn by the Bureau Français de Taipei/Campus France, this is the most important event for promoting higher education establishments in Taiwan. This year's event attracted some 100 institutions from a dozen European countries and over 8,000 visitors.
Renewing ties with Taiwanese partners
In addition to the EEFT trade show, the trip to Taipei, Changhua and Kaohsiung was a strategic one for the ILCF, as it enabled us to renew our ties with partner universities and establish links with other higher education establishments. It also enabled us to gain a better understanding of the situation of French and foreign language teaching in Taiwan in general, and to envisage other partnerships not only for the ILCF but also for other UCLy units.
